Way to Overcome of HP which is to input Irrigate.

If/When without intending our hape or handphone is incured by a water , don't know that other cause or rainwater , I have the easy way overcome the hape or handphone which entrance irrigate that is
1. moment incured by water , our hape or handphone above the ground immediately kill first
2. don't have tried to animate the handphone incured by that water, so that/ to be our hp do not experience of the konslets.
3. immediately abstract the Current
 4. if/when our handphone is incured by a water is not hard or is not died in water , hence enough in cleaning in cassing, in between the keypad, and other cavity hape for example ( hole mic, arphone, buzzer, system of connector), labouring as clean as and fuse possible . if have run dry newly batrenya in tide and in reanimating.
